Marketing & Technical Support Manager – AG International

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to)

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of:

  • Overall management of the general marketing of the company
  • Support the leadership team to commercialize the National Burial Ground System (NBGS) project, with a particular focus on stakeholder adoption
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the AG Intl Ltd website
  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletters to all NBGS project stakeholders
  • Maintain a social media presence and regular newsletters
  • Plan, provide resources and organize events, including NBGS project launch and release events and recruitment drives

Other

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This role will be primarily home based anywhere in England, however you will be required to travel to the main office in Penrith and further afield nationally on occasion as required.

Technical Support Agent

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Provide cross-platform technical support to the entire project team
  • Implementation of project management software platforms to support the project plan
  • Liaise with partner organizations to manage technical data files and their movement throughout the project
  • Provide technical support for the Cemetery Management System (BGMS) to end users, including user guides, system help, and online video content
  • Allow the final publication of the BGMS to each Diocese
  • Ensure that the BGMS is operational 24/7
  • Manage data upload procedures and maintenance of computer systems
  • Manage owner rights and permissions within the project team on various software and platforms
