As a senior executive in the communications and marketing team, you will have a solid understanding of digital marketing and will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and optimization of digital campaigns across a variety of nationwide shows, tours, events and entertainment venues. Using multiple platforms, you will operate, develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring the best of multi-channel delivery to meet our core business goals and business targets.

About you
– Significant and demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role, focused on music, media or entertainment and managing multiple accounts
– Exceptional digital marketing knowledge in CRM tools, data management systems, websites and social media platforms
– Solid experience in digital advertising in social media, Facebook and Google Ads
– Excellent understanding of key analytical tools and reports to translate data into information
– Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites, including PowerPoint
– Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics tools and analyzes
– Experience in brand management

What you gonna do
– Develop and lead the digital management team (CRM and website managers)
– Create and effectively manage dynamic digital marketing campaigns for all shows, tours, events and venues on our digital platforms
– Work in conjunction with the Public Relations and Brand Communications Manager and Department Heads (Marketing, Social and Content, Design, Public Relations), Promoters, Partners, Ticketing Services and Agencies to design, execute and amplify multiple digital strategies to increase ticket sales, grow email marketing lists, increase website traffic, site optimization, project-driven campaigns, digital products and services, ad revenue and network engagement social
– Plan paid search strategies and paid social strategies, optimize spending and performance in digital advertising and promotions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing managers and digital services within promotional organizations, shareholders, ticketing and our main partners
– Manage digital frameworks (website) and performance of our company’s websites and associated digital websites, products and services
– Monitor website performance, explore new developments and increase website traffic, conversion, downtime and engagement
– Regularly review and optimize website content, metadata and sitemap activity
– Interface between internal and external teams for regular updates including testing, security, website hosting and maintenance and new version requirements
– Integrate and recommend briefs and define technical and UX requirements for website design, function and best practices
– Implement SEO programs and strategies
– Define department objectives and KPIs
– Manage central CRM executives and email marketing systems to optimize ticket sales, increase engagement and promote database growth across all touchpoints
– Create, manage and update email templates and segments with the CRM team
– Measure and report on the performance of ticket sales through data management systems and the success of all CRM campaigns
– Use analytics tools and dashboards to monitor performance, generate reports and analyze campaigns
– Be the guardian of data integrity in accordance with GDPR and data protection directives
– Create and generate relevant daily / weekly / monthly reports to inform key stakeholders, the business at large and campaign partners
– Support the Brand PR and Communications Manager with online brand experience and work with external agencies and internal development teams as needed
– Establish relationships with the main partners, products and services of the platform
– Stay up to date and communicate the latest developments in digital media, social and online advertising, key trends and information in digital marketing
