CASA of the Heartland is moving to a new location

Last weekend, CASA of the Heartland changed location.

The organization moved to 580 Westport Road in Elizabethtown, with its new location located at the Lincoln Trail Health Department’s Hardin County Health Center.

The facility is owned by the Hardin County Board of Health, and all CASA operations will take place on the west side of the building facing the Elizabethtown bypass.

The new location will have office space for current and future staff, as well as an optional meeting room to hold regular volunteer training sessions. CASA of the Heartland plans to hold an open house once everything is set up and fully operational.

CASA of the Heartland has moved from 245 West Dixie Avenue to Elizabethtown, where the nonprofit has been located since March 2016.

“While we are very happy with our previous location, our program is changing,” CASA chief executive Norma Hatfield said in a statement. “The new location is more central, providing better access to Hardin County’s growing population.”
