It’s been a minute, but we finally have an update on the long-awaited Vancouver-born brewery 33 Acres – which has announced that it’s opening its first Alberta location right here in Calgary.
After months on the edge of our seats, the fun spot will officially open its doors to the public this week – so we hope you’re thirsty!
“Hello Calgary, we are 33 Acres Brewing Company and we are so excited to join your community,” they wrote, promising to make the Calgary location just as great as their popular Vancouver spot.

Known for its delicious beers, stunning interiors and creative names, 33 Acres opened in 2013 and has since solidified itself as one of the best on the West Coast – highlighting the importance of giving back and offering options to customers.
